Welcome to the Shadow Wood Community Association Website

Shadow Wood, located East of US Route 41 on Coconut Road, is an upscale community comprised of 34 neighborhoods with 1481 homes, nestled between 85 shimmering lakes, picturesque fairways, and 350 acres of lush nature preserves.  Beautifully  integrated are a variety of custom estate homes, custom and traditional single family  homes, detached villas and luxury coach homes.  Shadow Wood is also the home of the Shadow Wood Country Club, a golf club with 3 Championship Audubon International Certified Courses plus many more amenities.  In addition, Shadow Wood is one of the four communities which comprise The Brooks.  The center of activity for The Brooks is the Town Center where you will find The Commons Club, a private membership club that includes a beach club, fitness center, restaurant as well as a number of educational  and cultural amenities.

Shadow Wood  has miles of recreational trails throughout the community which provide bicyclists, joggers and walkers with a wide ranging experience. Exceptional views of lakes, golf courses. and beautifully restored wetlands, give each trail an identity of its own.  The trails are designed to provide access thorughout the community at varying distances and levels of difficulty.  These  trails are accessible only to residents. However, landscaped recreational trails are accessible to all residents of The Brooks on both Coconut Road and Three Oaks parkway.
